We took advantage of the night life and the great places to eat. One of the best trips we ever had. The weather was really on the cool side -- at least compared to the year before.

Crazy Sister Marina shares the same building with the Wicked Tuna restaurant. We do not require reservations, but always recommend them. Rooms could use to be updated, with exception of nice bathroom and 2 flat screen tv's. We love the wade-in pool at this hotel. That feature is very hard to find in other resorts. We have little children, so it works great for them (and for us) since it accommodates any age range including infants.

Beds were ok but I have had better. Looking for a different place for my next visit. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful landscaping, walk-in pool, hot tub and good location. Bar and snacks by the pool.as well as different events going on....
I'm on their mailing list and get some great offers from them, just wish I could accept them, but can't this year maybe next year. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and all the amenities of home. With excellent weather and pristine golf courses it was paradise on earth. Friendly staff and nice clean room.

There's also a small business center with computers and Wi-Fi, but the hotel is really designed for families and not the business traveler. There are a number of convenient facilities at the resort, including an ATM, laundry room and vending machine. There are three pools on-site, including an indoor pool and a pool where you can glide along in an inner tube. We usually try to spend at least the month of January in Myrtle Beach and we have stayed at the Dayton House 4 times. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, and the watching the sun come up over the ocean starts my day off right! It is close to anywhere you would like to go and the staff will help you book reservations or give you recommendations for dining.

Pools are always in good condition. Made a number of new friends there over the years. This resort is right on the beach, so book an oceanfront view. This resort is close enough to the middle of Myrtle Beach that you can walk, but also far enough away from the craziness. The stay was very comfortable ,the staff was very nice. Love the fact that it did not fill over crawled even though it was booked .
The room was very clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful each morning. Great selection of breakfast items.
